ACTIVE SHOOTER: Phenomena Overview

This training module will discuss active shooter events and the individuals that carried out the attacks, and will look at:

• The attack methodologies used
• Discuss the attacker mindset and any pre-existing conditions the attacker may have had
• Best practices will be discussed that were learned from case studies like Virginia Tech, Sandy Hook Elementary School and the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School
