Spartan’s Founder, Lou Rapoli, recently had the opportunity to go to Italy and meet with some of the local officers. Coming from a major metropolitan police department enabled him to take a good look at their Counterterrorism and policing efforts. The local and federal police along with the military are doing a tremendous job at keeping Italy safe, and anyone looking to go there should go and enjoy a beautiful country!
