Former Director of Training, Armor Holdings, Inc. International tactical trainer specializing in ballistic shields.

Lieutenant Special Assignment NYPD/ESU: 25 years experience in hostage-barricade situations and managing violent emotionally disturbed persons. Founded tactical robotics. Authority on ballistic protection applications from vests to rifle-threat barriers. Commanded NYPD-ESU City-wide Operations, Specialized Training School; Co-Founded Emergency Psychological Technician’s Certification Course at John Jay College of Criminal Justice; NY State Expert Training Committee; US Attorney General’s Less Lethal Conference.
